• 1.How can I get a quote?

  Ivy Machine provides instant quotation and delivery date for your custom machining parts.

  Please click Contact Us and fill in your contact details in the form. Send one or more 3D/CAD/PDF files directly to our email.

  In most cases, we will respond with a quote within 12 business hours of receiving the RFQ. If the quote is delayed, a technical sales engineer will keep in touch with you as soon as possible.

• 2.What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?

  Ivy Machine has no minimum order quantity requirement. Our machining services can support you to scale from a single part of one-stop precision machining to medium to high volume production. Order quantities can be 1-5 pieces, 10-50 pieces, 100-200 pieces, and more.

• 3.What are Ivy Machine's shipping terms?

  Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for rapid prototyping and regular production orders. This means the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance and all other associated fees once the goods have left our premises. 

  
  

  We also offer terms of Delivery At Place(DAP) by DHL Express air freight, customers are responsible for import duties and fees associated with international shipping. Customers also have the option to use their own shipping accounts (e.g. DHL,FedEx or UPS) during checkout if applicable.

  
  

  Due to the increase in import duties in recent years, some customers will choose （DDP） to save this cost and get the convenience of avoiding customs clearance. This means that customers only need to be responsible for receiving the goods, and the rest of the customs clearance work and costs will be borne and handled by Ivy Machine, but it also means that our quoted price will be quite different from the former.

• 4.How long will it take for me to get my parts after placing an order?

  Each machining is different, depending on part dimensions, quantity needed and surface finishing requirements. Simple parts can be made in 7 days. More complex parts or other special features take longer, 14-21 days or more. As for shipping, most of our goods are shipped by Air, DHL, FedEx or UPS. Generally speaking, you can receive your goods within 7 days of shipment, or less.

• 5.How can I track the production progress of my parts?

  Ivy Machine has its own ERP system and mature management team. We can track the production progress of your parts in real time on the ERP system. If necessary, our technical sales engineer will help you track in time and tell you the situation until the parts are delivered to you.

• 6.How should I pay?

  Our payment term: 100% T/T within 30 days net due after goods shipped out. Ivy Machine will issue you the final invoice after shipment. You can pay by remittance according to the bank account information marked on the invoice and the currency quoted at the time of quotation. We will also notify you after receiving the payment.

• 7.How does Ivy Machine ensure the quality of my parts?

  Ivy Machine own a well-trained, professional and meticulous Quality-Assurance team. Also equipped with a variety of precision inspection instruments to achieve more accurate control of product dimensions and tolerances, including purchased New Brand of Zeiss CMM inspection equipment.If required, we can also provide relevant test reports, such as dimension measured reports or CMM test reports.

• 8.Do you have any quality certifications?

  Ivy Machine obtained the certificates issued by the authoritative certification body for the quality management system GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 in September 2019 and August 2022 respectively.
