It can process a variety of materials, including carbide, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. It can maintain good surface quality during processing and reduce subsequent processing steps. Ivy Machine has different types of tapping machines, which allow us to process internal threads on metal or other materials. This significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality of threaded holes and threaded parts. At the same time,the threads produced by the tapping machine can be tested by thread gauges and have high precision.

Ivy Machine can also provide laser marking services for customers' parts. According to the text information, character size and height provided by the customer, laser marking is performed on the specified area on the surface of the workpiece to engrave the corresponding part number information, as well as logos and other patterns.
